We are headed to my grandparents’ house for Easter this year, so I am not setting the table; but, if I was these are some things that I would love to have on my table–all of which are pretty budget friendly too. I have also included some recipes that have caught my eye (mainly desserts because I have a huge sweet tooth.)
I love plain white plates. We didn’t register for china, knowing that it would be a long time before we hosted a holiday; instead, we registered for Pottery Barn plates, bowls, and cups, and serving plates that we would use everyday. Since we are always so casual, I put together a casual Easter table where nothing is too precious. The Tablecloth is from Zara and reminds me of an Easter egg. The plates are the same ones we have (Pottery Barn Great White Collection), below which you could place some fun and cheap Gold Chargers. The White Pitcher is identical to the one I have from Pottery Barn but is twice the price as the one from Target. We would have matching napkins, and some adorable Gold Flatware from Target. Compare the price of five pieces from Target to West Elm’s and even though they don’t look identical they have the same aesthetic. And Target’s is a fraction of the price. I would finish it off with a fun jadeite Cakestand from Waiting On Martha, a darling online store with tons of cute stuff.
